A note from the Station Manager:
Our goal, here at the Effect, is to share the gospel of Jesus Christ over the radio airwaves, and to provide the Christian community with modern music that glorifies God and encourages His people.

We have received God’s Word, the Bible, and desire to share that with everyone we come in contact with – 1 Thessalonians 2:13 says, "For this reason we also thank God without ceasing, because when you received the word of God which you heard from us, you welcomed it not as the word of men, but as it is in truth, the word of God, which also effectively works in you who believe."

God’s Word shows us salvation in Jesus Christ, and works in us effectively to live a life that is pleasing to Him. This is what we desire for each one of you, our listeners, and that we would be an example of that to you.

The Effect has been broadcasting locally in Twin Falls, Idaho since 1996, and the Lord has continued to bless us with more stations across the United States – currently about 50 altogether. We are also blessed with the ability to broadcast online through this website, www.effectradio.com.

As a non-commercial, non-profit ministry, the Effect Radio Network is dependent on the provision of our Lord Jesus Christ, to continue to broadcast in each city that He has allowed us to, and to build more stations in the future. If you would like to help by financially supporting this ministry, we have provided various options, such as our "E-Crew" CDs of the month, and other items such as Bibles and ministry resources – in which case, we will send you these items as "Thank You" gifts from the Effect and the various record companies and ministries that have partnered with us. All of your donations are used for the cost of operation of the Effect, and for any future expansion of the Effect, as the Lord gives us new opportunities.
